HAEDAMEUN flounder seaweed suop

This is made from wild flounder caught near  Mokpo sea area. You can experience the deep, original flavor of the flounder by making broth from the flounder bones, rather than using seasoning. We use Korean local seaweed to preserve both flavor and texture.
